Today’s pending sales

I read an interesting article recently and wanted to share with you. Banks have become a bit more open to allowing sellers to short sell which places many properties as “pending” increasing the number of pending properties in Miami Dade county. The question is how many of the “pending” properties will actually close; with short sales the way they are only some of them lead to actual sales.
