Grovenor House
The Grovenor House is the last of the newly constructed condominium buildings built in Coconut Grove in the last several years. Developeed by Ugo Colombo, best known for Miami’s Santa Maria condominiums (and the recently completed Epic Residences Downtown Miami), completed this 33-story residential masterpiece in early 2007.
