Skyline on Brickell is a high-rise condominium tower located in the southern residential district of Brickell; itself a subsector of downtown Miami. The structure is located on the west side of Brickell Avenue directly on Biscayne Bay. Notably, it is directly next door to the architecturally flamboyant Atlantis Condominium (north), and Bristol Tower condominium (South). The tower broke ground in April 2002 and was completed in late 2004.
